The Redmi K series has always been popular for being focused on gaming and this new generation seems to continue this trend. This version corresponds to the most powerful of the saga, so it will ensure us a good performance to be able to play whatever we want.
It has a 6.67-inch screen built on AMOLED technology with an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate with FHD + resolution. The sampling rate in this case amounts to 480 Hz, which is essential in a device that is going to be used for gaming.
Inside it houses the Mediatek Dimensity 9000 accompanied by up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage . It is a hardware more than prepared to execute all kinds of games and demanding tasks. It is at the level of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 , so that we get the idea.
If we focus on the photographic section, this is made up of a 108-megapixel main sensor accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor that can be really useful for capturing large places in a very simple way.
Finally, we can also photograph everything we want up close thanks to the 2-megapixel macro sensor that it incorporates. The front camera is 20 megapixels.
The battery is 5,000 mAh and is compatible with a fast charge of up to 120 W , which will allow us to have the mobile charged from 0 to 100% in a very short time.
Price and availability
As we have already commented at the beginning, these devices have been presented in China, so we will probably not receive these devices with this name, but with some sub-brand such as POCO in the future. It will be sold in four colors and in the following versions:
- 8+128 = 2,999 yuan (428 euros)
- 8+256 = 3,299 yuan (470 euros)
- 12+256 = 3,599 yuan (514 euros)
- 12+512 = 3,999 yuan (570 euros)
Keep in mind that these prices are at the exchange rate and that they will have a higher price when they land in Spain , even if it is under another sub-brand.
