With the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G, Samsung is launching two new mid-range smartphones that have been upgraded compared to their predecessors and should now meet your needs even more. Especially when it comes to software, a new benchmark is set that the competition can't even begin to match.

This year, the Galaxy A53 5G comes in a single build. Samsung says goodbye to the 4G version and only offers the 5G model in two memory variants with 6 or 8 GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB internal memory, which can still be expanded by up to 1 TB using a microSD card. The smartphone is powered by the brand new Exynos 1280, which is said to offer high performance. By default, there is a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that works at 120 Hz . Optically, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G only has minimal adjustments. It is more based on the Galaxy S22, where the back is surrounded by the frame. This creates a slightly better design and handling. The camera hardly changes. There's a 64MP main sensor here, which is optically image stabilized. In addition, an ultra wide angle with 12 MP and with the depth and macro camera two more 5 MP sensors. Samsung Galaxy A33 5G: Strong hardware upgrade

The quad camera of the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G has a slightly lower resolution. There is a 48MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra wide angle, a 2MP depth camera and a 5MP macro sensor. The selfie camera has a resolution of 13 MP.
