The RKI has now released version 1.28 of the CovPass app. The CovPass app is the digital vaccination certificate that is valid throughout the EU. The new version for iOS has a useful adjustment on board.

With the new version 1.28, users can now also import certificates from PDF files or photos into the app. According to the Robert Koch Institute, PDF files can also contain several certificates.

Of course, the new version of the CovPass app also has a few bug fixes. But the app is no longer absolutely necessary, similar to the Corona-Warn-App, because vaccination certificates can now also be saved in the Apple Wallet and in the Samsung Wallet.
