How to activate PC mode on the Xiaomi Pad 5

    after i download the apk i am not able to install the app in my latest Xiaomi pad 5 pro. Can some one pls help. Tab showing error - Couldn't install (-25). Ca't downgrade apps. Can someone pls help.
